The Supplier Enablement Manager is responsible for the enablement of supplier’s as part of CBRE’s Procure-to-Pay platform implementation.
This position requires someone who can work independently, is a self-starter, and able to respond in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
The ideal individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to details and priorities
The Supplier Enablement Manager manages the enablement of suppliers for CBRE’s Procure-to-Pay implementation. They coordinate between the suppliers, CBRE relationship owners, the Supplier Enablement team, Coupa, and other CBRE functions to ensure that suppliers are enabled and ready to operate in the Coupa environment by the dates defined in the project plan.
Excellent time management skills with advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, to work in Excel spreadsheets and create PowerPoint decks.
Superior customer service experience is needed to interact with suppliers while maintaining a positive image to all CBRE stakeholders at all times.
Manage all supplier enablement activities for a multi-business line and global implementation
Coordinate supplier enablement with all relevant stakeholders while ensuring project objectives are being delivered
Lead the analysis of supplier spend, data segmentation, and strategy to support supplier enablement strategy
Manage supplier enablement team to ensure enablement objectives are being met and defined follow-up processes are being performed
Develop project plans and presentation documents
Organize meetings and calls with suppliers and internal stakeholders for enablement and catalog management
Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on actions related to supplier enablement
Coordinate all communications related to supplier enablement and catalog management
Organize and facilitate all supplier trainings
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and supplier training documentation
Track and update status of supplier enablement project waves and execute weekly reports and dashboards
Manage all business process and system escalations through the proper channel
Provide additional support to the project team as requested
