JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Applicant Sourcing

  • Coordinates with Talent Management Manager the approved manpower plan requirements for his / her assigned units / departments.
  • Secures the basic and special requirements related to the position by partnering with the requesting Department Heads.
  • Assists the Talent Management Manager in placing advertisements, meeting with reliable head hunters and other recruitment approached to attract qualified talents within and outside the organization.
  • Continuously improves sourcing and attracting talents to increase talent pool and database for future vacancies and need of an expanding organization through research, benchmarking with other companies and attending various conventions to increase network and connection.
  • Tracks, monitors and consolidates show-up rate, applicant traffic per source, passing rate on initial / phone interview to final / panel interview and coaches direct reports on improvement in the flow of recruitment process.
  • Coordinates changes in job specific, training schedule, priority job vacancies and management direction to direct reports to properly schedule and prioritize resources, sourcing and placement.
  • B. Talent Assessment

  • Reviews and analyzes job application, resume and other details from sources to better choose qualified candidates and coordinate schedule for assessment.
  • Administers and checks pre-employment examinations, psychometric test result, conduct phone and personal interview to further validate qualifications, technical and personal competencies of the candidate.
  • to efficiently screen qualified applicants for short-list.

  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Manager and requesting department head for final interview schedule / presentation and communicate with the candidate for availability, room reservation, parking and other necessary logistics (i.e. projector).
  • Conducts background investigation to all final candidates for Job Offer to validate details and information presented before and during the assessment.
  • C. Talent Placement

  • Submits to Talent Management Manager the final documents of the candidate to finalize Job Offer details with the Compensation & Rewards Manager.
  • Ensures complete and accurate information is given to the Compensation & Rewards section in filing for 201 folders by collecting and checking pre-employment requirements and filing of all newly hired employees.
  • Prepares and facilitates the signing and notarization of employment contracts of new hires, training bond, employee identification, training schedule, etc.
  • issuance of employee ID to formalize their employment.

  • Secure training schedule, orientation / on-boarding schedule of new hires prior endorsement to requesting unit / department to ensure culture fit is emphasized.
  • Introduces newly hired employees to the different units to increase familiarity and comfort level to deal with other employees.
  • Conducts basic orientation to new employees.
  • Remind concerned department managers on timely submission of performance evaluation of new hires under probation through email, phone call, personal, etc.
  • Assist in preparing materials to advertise job vacancies by conducting research, collecting pictures, benchmark with other companies on tools and assessment, guidelines on target selection.
  • D. Movements

  • Coordinates and receives documents for movements.
  • Monitors proper implementation of the process.
