Learning and Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Retention and Engagement. Handle and manage different sites and process specific trainings and lectures needed.
6. Designs and Conducts restructuring and reorganization programs. Job Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resources, Education, Psychology With at least 6 months to 1 year working experience in the field of Human Resources focusing in Training and Development.
Proven experience in Training and facilitation Amenable to do field work and site visitations Excellent Communication skills both English and Filipino Comfortable in working with Datas Strong Command of People and Leadership With Good problem solving skills Open for Fresh Graduate (with knowledge in basic classroom facilitation)
