  • Pro-active Sales including cold calling.
  • Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc.
  • Develop, lead and expand existing accounts.
  • Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets.
  • Carry out analysis of territories, markets, industries, etc.
  • Process orders / sample requests
  • Generates clear and effective written proposals / quotations
  • Coordinates with the relative department to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Supply management with relevant oral and written reports
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously.
  • Record keeping (inquiries, inbound / outbound calls, customer feedback, etc.).
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
