  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Handles rates and service inquiries
  • Reviews and updates rate sheets / rates amendment
  • Handles and coordinates billing disputes, overdue billing invoices or pending receivables
  • Handles customer complaints and service irregularities
  • Supervises the day to day activities of the customer service reps
  • Handles and monitors progress of the training / orientation of newly hired customer service representative
  • Assists with the more specialized and difficult work activities of a customer service representative
  • Reviews and recommends improvement or enhancement of customer service procedures, guidelines, etc.
  • Initiates and collaborates with other departments to ensure proper handling of special project, new accounts, new client requirements
  • Must have the following required critical skills :

  • Effective in oral and written communication skills
  • Effective in people handling
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stressful condition
  • Ability to analyze and anticipate situation and recognize alternatives
