  • RPA Process analysis, process candidate assessment
  • Process mapping and standardization
  • Both productions operations, mild troubleshooting
  • Liaising with Managed Services Partner
  • RPA Controller (backup)
  • Work with global process owners, GBS leadership, Internal Audit, and local stakeholders to develop detailed RPA enhanced plans for each improvement initiative.
  • Develop detailed plans, budgets and resource requirements. Support CI Manager in gaining approval from appropriate governance committees (GBS, Regional or Global as required)

  • Coordinate and drive implementation of initiatives for their process on time and on budget using Goodyear project management methodology.
  • Support status update meetings with appropriate governance committees (GBS, Regional or Global as required).

  • Ensure that full communication and change management plans are in place and executed for all initiatives. To name a few, this would consist of :
  • Newsletters
  • Business Updates on CI Projects / RPA Transitions
  • Audit testing completion
  • Management Presentations
  • This include ensuring training, both in GBS and in the local businesses is carried out.
  • Set RPA governance in place and ensure compliance for everyone who will submit RPA ideas and recommendations are following the process
  • Qualifications

  • Agile project management experience
  • Process design / continuous improvement experience
  • Relevant workstream experience
  • Strong process automation experience
  • Experience in RPA
  • UI Path Diploma Academy 2
  • 3+ year of experience in identifying and implementing process and / or technology changes within a relevant workstream environment (finance, procurement, customer service) to improve efficiency or quality
  • In-depth and demonstrable knowledge of their specific workstream process
  • Lean Six Sigma trained
  • 6+ years of total work experience in a relevant workstream (finance, procurement, customer service) environment
  • 4+ years of Business / System Analyst (or equivalent) experience
  • 6 months of developing and implementing RPA process automations OR recent formal RPA Intermediate Training completion
  • Agile project management exposure / experience
  • Strong project and change management skills, familiarity with project management approaches and tools required
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and ability to influence others towards a common goal required
  • Active listening skills and ability to manage upwards and negotiate between conflicting stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Business / System Analysis in a structured environment
  • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
