Job Description

  • Maintain, expand and re-engage with the current database of prospects to generate qualified leads & meetings for SG Interactive’s Sales Team.
  • Exhibit the organizational skills to efficiently manage an individual pipeline of prospects to the point where a meeting is scheduled.
  • Coordinate with U.S Sales Team and appropriate decision makers of targeted organization.
  • Must follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Use online resources to map out organizations and determine potential initial points of contact.
  • Identifying opportunities, developing and implementing Account Action plans.
  • Developing customer marketing concepts that will increase SG Interactive’s Exposure.
  • Effectively maintaining records of sales contacts, sales activities and customer interactions utilizing SG Interactive’s Salesforce.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree in business or related subject is preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of BPO, Inside Sales, or Prospecting experience
  • Excellent Verbal & Written English skills with no accent
  • Experience in a customer facing cold calling role
  • Ability to work effectively without consistent direct supervision
  • Must be detail oriented with a strong ability to interpersonal communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with exceptional networking skills
  • CRM experience is highly preferred
  • Show an ability to conduct research using various online resources
  • Must show advanced problem-solving skills relating to diligently researching out to prospective clients
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
