About the Department
You will join the Insulin & Biopharm Business Unit. This position will be based in Batangas, and will report to the Area Sales Manager.
As an integral member of the Diabetes Business Unit, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include :
Calling on healthcare professionals in hospitals, private clinics, and drugstors promoting the product portfolio assigned to the role
Managing your nominated territory, including organizing and running Medical Education events
Working autonomously in field as well as collaboratively with the broader sales team and other stakeholders and with a strong business ethics mindset
Establishing relationships and business with key customers and building on this to generate further opportunities
Proactively identifying prospects for new business
Promotes Novo Nordisk products to health care professionals in hospitals and private clinics and ensure territory sales
Establish good rapport, and build good relationships with Medical Doctors and Pharmacists
Organizes seminars and scientific meetings in hospitals
Plan, organize and implement sales territory programs for maximum effective coverage with a complete round of the territory every promotional cycle.
A college degree preferably Science related
At least 2 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical industry
Highly independent and take initiatives to improve strategies
Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment
A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
Knowledge and experience of the disease area would be an additional advantage
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage
Willing to be mobile
