You will be expected to directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees, or Human Resources Leader.
You will also ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policy, in addition to adhering to local guidelines.

Here are the main responsibilities for the role : * HR Business Partnership - Develops and executes strategies in collaboration with HR Leader, HR Generalist and people leaders to support business objectives with focus on improving employee retention, satisfaction and engagement* Talent Management* - *Participates in curriculum design and delivery related to employee onboarding and skills development.
Works with the business to plan, coordinate and implementation of training and development activities, including needs assessment of the employees in skills gap analysis, propose appropriate training vendors, contract negotiations, and overseeing proper facilitation of training programs including logistical requirements* Compensation and Benefits - Leads or participates in initiatives related to compensation and benefits review, analysis and development of recommendations.

Performance Improvement Plan, etc.)* Regional Support* - *Be part of local or regional / global HR projectsHere are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have : * Education or equivalent experience is required* Preferably at least 5 years of Human Resource experience with HR generalist leadership / supervisory exposure in BPO / Call Center and financial services.
