Provides project management leadership and support for QBE GSSC. Effectively executes all assigned projects.
Manages assigned projects
Interacts with vendors and ensures delivery and quality of output.
Reviews and challenges project plans submitted by the different towers
Coordinates with the Leads and Development Team for deliverables, schedules and ticket status
Regularly monitors the status report on projects being handled
Ensures that project plans are well executed
Recommends short-medium term objectives
Ensures compliance and ongoing tracking and management of controls
Evaluates and recommends best practices based on the project results
Build and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with stakeholders
Tracks all raised issues of various groups within GSSC and monitors the status updates
Creates and maintains all documents pertaining to assigned project (project charter, plan, RAID log, etc.)
Assists in creating presentations for the EGM / SLT
Assists the EGM and Business Manager in assigned GSSC projects and initiatives
Maintains a central repository of all documentation
Conducts business analysis based on the actual plan versus the result and make recommendations.
Responsible in maintaining the database of all project updates
Keeps project team informed of the overall project status
Manages communication among the stakeholders of the project
Work with other stakeholders on project requirements and management
Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the department
Fundamental knowledge of Project Management theory, concepts and principles.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow employees, peers from other teams and / or parts of the organization and occasionally external customers.

Ability to make stakeholders and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions
Strong skilled and ability to : collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data; summarize findings
Ability to provide based on appropriate data sources at the department level

Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
Ability to accept, direct and perform responsibilities and work assigned tasks as a project team member in support of the overall project
Experienced in creating comprehensive project schedules which will identify time frames for key project milestones
Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO experience
