Curiosity with the latest in digital technology, innovation, trends; can act with speed and agility and able to provide thought-leadership.
Experience in analyzing ad deriving insights from performance results.
Good analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics, and influence decision-making.
Experience working for a media agency is a plus.

She / He leads the Alaska Milk business in its requirements related to Media Communications (e.g., Offline Media, Digital Media, Online Activations, and eCommerce).
This individual is expected to have advanced media know-how and domain expertise in the company’s growth pillars in order to support the strategy building down to execution of the Marketing Plan.
The Media and Digital Manager must be able to lead the Commercial Team in establishing integrated media plans aligned to brand / campaign objectives.
She / He is expected to proactively partner with the Brand Management Team and the Partner Agencies to help achieve these business and communications objectives, and help drive brand growth through awareness and consideration among target market cognizant of the fact that he / she must be driven by a mindset geared by local and global directions.
She / He must be able to drive brand campaigns with his / her expertise in both traditional media and digital media with leading-edge knowledge that is characterized by his / her advanced media and digital understanding, ideation, insighting, and advanced grasp of both media measurements / tracking and digital analytics.
She / He is responsible for the strategic output and the day-to-day management of thematic and tactical Media, Digital, Activation campaign plans and their proper implementation, working with the brand’s overall strategy in the context of marketplace conditions, media landscape, competitive state, innovations, and opportunities.
