We are looking for a B2B SALES OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (NON-VOICE) for our PASIG CITY site!
TO QUALIFY :
MUST HAVE at least 2 years of administration experience, preferably in Business-to-Business (B2B) type of sales support using CRM tools (e.
g. Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, CloudSense, etc.)
Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ IS A BIG PLUS
Willing to work in ORTIGAS, PASIG
Support all aspects of the deal flow through the account systems to maximize effectiveness and reduce the administrative burden on the sales representatives
Develop process improvements for sales support and identify opportunities for efficiency with the Sales Operations team
Assist with sales and administrative duties for sales representatives and RVPs
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, opportunities) involved in the sales process
Work with cross functional teams to support sales order processing requirements and quote support
Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
Assist in providing additional training as needed on sales processes and deal submission
