OFFICE : REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (RTC), TESDA-REGION VII SALARY : SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA : P2,000.00 THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING :

  • 20% Assists the center administrator in overseeing the daily operations and management of the training center;
  • 20% Recommends to the Chief systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
  • 15% Administers the implementation of the program / projects;
  • 15% Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the region;
  • 10% Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations;
  • 10% Promotes non-formal extension of programs;
  • 5% Coordinates the preparation of period reports; and
  • 5% Performs related work and other assignment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience : 3 years of relevant experience Training : 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Knowledgeable in project development and management
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude / Good moral character and work ethics CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
  • Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential / office address. Telephone / cellphone number, e-mail address) :
  • Superior / Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client / Stakeholder;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial / supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-
  • month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
