We are looking for someone with :
Solid knowledge of basic project management methodologies.
3 5 years business analysis, project management or business unit experience.
Flexibility to travel
Capability to work mid-shift
Solid understanding and ability to apply : Process and systems concepts Documentation standards Business Process ManagementPMOOperations
Experience in any of the following technical tools : Project Management SoftwareDevelopment or Scripting SoftwareWorkflow Modeling ApplicationsProject Management Applications such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint
Demonstrated project management & planning skills; balances strategic skills with tactical execution skills
Strong consulting, and negotiation skills; ability to function effectively within matrix management situations & under dynamic mandates
Strong communication skills - verbal, written & presentation; ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively at all organization levels
Proven interpersonal skills : ability to build relationships, engage and influence others, work with a diverse internal and international customer base
Nice to Haves :
Degree or equivalent experience in project management, preferably in the Technology field.
Previous experience in a project team environment with project leading responsibilities is a plus
On the job you will :
Develop business cases for projects which have been agreed as part of Digital Operations roadmap or other projects as assigned
Manage structured projects in line with prescribed project management standards with a defined scope, ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets
Responsible for motivating and leading project team members
Liaison between project team, project owner, and key stakeholders
Identify when projects appear to be deviating from plan or objectives and raise issues and proposed solutions with management;
taking appropriate corrective action to ensure delivery remains on track
Manage conflicting priorities involved with completing a project successfully.
Minimize exposure and risks by identifying and proactively managing all risks and issues affecting the project, including financial and operational
