Job Description :
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be part ofa leading multi-line adjusting and appraisal service for the insurance, fleet, self-
insured and the legal community.
Perform outbound calls to acquire necessary documentation for processing claims settlement
Answer inbound calls from returning customers
Enter data and process claims utilizing the provided software and training procedures
Bachelor's / Vocational Degree, any field.
MUST BE a car enthusiast or has experience in handling an Automotive account
Background in processing Claims Settlement is preferred
Passionate in dealing with customers
Keen to details and with good phone skills
Above average English Communication skills
Willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
