JOB DESCRIPTION

Trains customer service employees, manages the employee schedule, oversees daily employee interactions with customers, handles any complaints or questions, and reports to the store or company manager as necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manages employee schedule.
  • Answers client and customer questions.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
  • Promotes company products and services.
  • Researches consumer base to better serve the needs of the target demographic.
  • Assists associates and account executives in closing sales and bringing in new clients.
  • Job Qualifications :

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in the Airconditioning field
  • Has an experience in handling and dispatching technicians
  • Has good customer service orientation
