As a Salesforce Administrator in our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for supporting customer-focused solutions in the Salesforce technology stack.
By supporting innovative, challenging and complex implementations, this role will see you specialize in the resolution of salesforce queries relating to existing implementations.
Through the resolution of these client issues, you will identify enhancements, upskill end users and advise on recommendations.

If you are someone with :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
4 years of experience in Platform Management with Salesforce as an administrator or Senior Administrator
Proven experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to) : Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Experience working alongside Salesforce developers to diagnose and rectify APEX, flow and custom code issues. This includes review and interrogation of debug logs, change history logs and setup audit trails
Proven ability to perform level 3 investigation and resolution of incidents and develop solutions for minor change requests
Experience working within an incident management frameworks and tools to review and prioritize defects
Experience assisting with troubleshooting API and integration issues with different applications e.g. MuleSoft or Azure
Experience with Dataloader, Workbench or other bulk import tools for Salesforce
Experience building and deploying functionality between sandbox and production environments
Proven experience in problem solving and ITIL practices for software support services
Working knowledge of API's, Salesforce communities and flow is desirable
Ability to present alternatives outcomes, propose solutions and ’think outside the box"
Certification in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Advanced Administration a must
Certification in Salesforce Platform App Builder would be a standout
Business Analyst experience highly desirable but not required

Good communications skills, attitude and ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory
Understanding basic Software and Project Management life cycle are essential
Exhibit good team player spirit and promote collaboration
