JOB SUMMARYResponsible in ensuring timely delivery and installation of furniture at project site. He / She is also responsible on monitoring the status of the delivery of the closed projects from fabrication up to the delivery to the project site.
He / She is in-charge in resolving conflicts regarding on project concern upon delivery and installation.KEY RESULTS AREAProject Monitoring- Ensure timely delivery of furniture at project site, in accordance on the project timeline.
Logistics Management- Arrange schedule of delivery and pick-up from manufacturing plant, to clients and vice versa.Quality Assurance- Ensure all items were delivered accurately and in accordance on the standard and technicalities.
Revolving Fund Custodian- control and manage the expenses related to logistics of purchased and delivered items.QualificationsGraduate of Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial Design, Engineer, Fine Arts, Project, Logistics or Operations ManagementWith 1 year work experience in handling operations, logistics and project management.
Willing to be trained on furniture technicalities and details.Willing to render overtime and do field work when needed.Working experience in Furniture industry is an advantage, but not required.
Knowledgeable in using Excel, Power point and Word.Candidate has knowledge in Logistics, Project and Quality Assurance Management.
Can work under pressure.Can start ASAP.
