Job Description

  • Responsibility for leading an accounting team.
  • Oversee Cash Applications, Record to Report, Purchasing Hub, Purchase to Pay, Payroll.
  • Responsibility for finance and accounting services and large transactional areas within the Services Centre.
  • Responsibility for problem solving & process improvement.
  • Span of control 10-20 people.
  • Takes responsibility for staff development & engagement, and guides and mentors team members in process deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, people, time, materials, or equipment to achieve quarterly and / or annual operational targets.
  • Work goals may affect near to medium term, typically up to 1 to 2 year time frame.
  • Will typically plan work on a monthly / quarterly basis.
