JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Deals with all calls politely, courteously and professionally. Answers client’s queries and concerns and provides accurate responses in a courteous and professional manner.

Assisting clients to view Units. Greets on-site visitors and clients, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs visitors to appropriate personnel.

Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required. Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Must be comfortably interacting with individuals of all professional levels. Candidate must be College Graduate of any four (4) years course With pleasing personality Must be minimum 20 years old With good oral and written communication skills Experience is an advantage Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Willing to be assigned in Roxas Boulevard Can start ASAP
