Position : German Customer Support Industry : Travel Agency
Location : Makati City
Salary : Negotiable
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am - 6 : 42pm Weekends off : Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup : Temporary Work from Home setup until further notice.

Responsibilities :
Handle inquiries and bookings from German and English speaking accounts.
Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into German
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment / fees
Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
Requirements :
Fluent in German and English.
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services / hospitality.
