We are looking for someone who can improve and effectively implement HR related processes, procedures and policies in the Philippines, support in the implementation of business strategies, leads change management, and provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees including the merging and acquisition projects on organization and people integration.
To attain all these, the successful candidate shall :
Act as business partner to the Country General Manager and Target Market Heads to align HR strategy and activities with the organization’s strategy, mission, vision and values.
Be responsible on all HR activities from recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & Development, etc.
Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedure. Ensure company has proper HR policy and procedure in place.
Bridge the communication link between employees and the organization. Maintain high visibility and effective working relationships with Regional HR team and cross functional relationships within the region.
Participate in Talent Management and Succession Planning reviews
Prepare and provide accurate reports on human resources related activities on a timely basis to Region and Corporate.
Supervise a diverse HR team to ensure they carry out their responsibilities efficiently and effectively
Ensure the organization is in full compliance with local employment regulations as well as corporate policies.
Conduct market survey and analysis regularly to ensure the salary and compensation packages always stay competitive within the industry and the location.
Conduct performance management process and ensure fairness in appraisal.

Strong business acumen and vision in organizational development
Well versed in employment laws and ordinances in the responsible area
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with all levels and all personalities
Highly motivated, proactive and great leadership skills
Ambassador of integrity and change agent
Effectively deal with conflict management with confidentiality
A degree in Human Resources and / or Psychology or Business Administration
Minimum of 8 years HR experience with at least 3 years of HR Leader role
Possess significant HR experience, in-depth knowledge of based country’s industry practices and compliance requirements
M&A or company integration experience will be a plus
