A global distribution system (GDS) is a computerized network system owned or operated by a company that enables transactions between travel industry service providers, mainly airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies.
The GDS mainly uses real-time inventory from the service providers.
Must have at least 1 year Native GDS experience
Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, manual computation, rules & regulations, and ticketing
Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels, and Ground transportation
Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Must be amenable to work on-site (AYALA)
