  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Experience in developing and effectively execute strategies and action plans at the sector level to meet the objectives of the sector.
  • Familiarity agency training and competence requirements of staff and agencies under the sector are fulfilled.
  • Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the sector level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.
  • Develop a strong team and establish succession plan within the sector.
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Four years or more relevant experience in sales and activation productivity, Agency management preferably in a life insurance setting
  • Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
  • Ability to develop and execute sound business plans
  • Proven leadership skills · Excellent management skills
  • High sense of business ethics and professionalism
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • On the job you will :

    Develop reports and analyzes available data which will aide in driving overall production and AAC in the area / s of assignment

    Develop productivity strategies particularly on product positioning which will help increase in case count as well improvement as case size which eventually leads to quality business and higher value of new business (VNB) scores

    Ensures Production Related Expenses (PRE) and controllables are met through proper spend management and monitoring of expenses

    Develops and maintains good relationship with the sales management team, agency leaders and insurance advisers which are our partners in the business
