What is your mission?
As a Client Service Champion , you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email.
You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
Completed 2 years in college
With at least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work from home and in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
