As a Collections Analytics Head, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the Collections Department by generating required reports providing related analysis regarding collections processes and trends.
You will ensure all the collections teams’ data gathering, reporting and analysis needs are met to enhance the decision-making process.
How you'll contribute
Gather and consolidate large collections of data from dialer and collections systems to be made available for reporting needs.
Maintain the developed standard set of performance reports to evaluate all collections processes (operative reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports, etc.
and portfolio changes (cure rate trends, recovery rate trends, cost-efficiency trends, etc.) and ensure they are delivered to the responsible parties within an acceptable timeframe.
Provide regular reporting on communication tool efficiency to directly support the Strategist.
Provide data expertise, proactive support, and findings to the Collections Department for any on-going system issues, investigation and implementing changes or projects within the operations.
Track and report impact of any procedural or process changes due to strategy modifications / implementations to ensure accuracy of results to support decision-making.
Report any data quality issues to the Analytics Team Leader, in order to find a resolution efficiently.
Track and analyze collections teams’ performance with relation to KPIs, to be able to provide suggestions to Team Leaders and Team Managers.
Identify and track potential issues with performance quality and areas of concern and provide detailed analysis of all findings to the Analytics Team Leader.
Recommend changes regarding departmental efficiencies (i.e. organization of workflow and processing activities) with data evidence, to maximize departmental productivity.
Forecast, track and measure key business metrics including cure rates, recovery rates, flow rates, and cost-efficiency rates to support new initiative development and overall portfolio strategy modifications.
Conduct guided analytical dives to properly diagnose, document and report on the drivers of unexpected changes to the Collections Portfolio.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of process changes on operative, capacity, efficiency and overall portfolio levels.
Monitor and reach the yearly and monthly KPIs (Timely report generation, Flow rate (all Buckets), Qualitative survey results (% our of maximum points), Number of complaints received from end users of reports).
Communicate trends and analysis of collections teams’ performance related to benchmarks to the Analytics Team Leader on a weekly basis.
What we’re looking for
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
With at least 5 years of experience in Collections
With People management and Process improvement experience
Must be detail-oriented
