Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Informing Chinese customers on how to place an order online
Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
Answer questions about payment modes on online shopping
Explain return policy of damaged items
Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
Explain how to get free shipping
