The Content and Strategic Partnerships Contracts Administrator will help ensure maximum efficiency of the team. This role is critical in managing the administrative aspects of the third-party vendor lifecycle.
Working closely with Product Development, Finance, and IS team members, the successful candidate will administer and facilitate approvals and agreements for client use cases outside of the FactSet workstation, ensuring compliance with FactSet’s Data Vendor agreements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinate with vendors and internal groups including Sales and Legal to complete and comply with data vendor administrative processes
Coordinate client approval process with global Stock Exchanges
Ensure approvals are accurate for clients use case in order to maintain compliance
Assist in identifying and engaging others when appropriate to ensure adequate coverage is provided to priority items
Skills / Requirements :
Professional experience in business analysis and improving processes
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle high volume of tasks
Experience with license agreements a plus
Strong computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with a diverse group of stakeholders and vendors including both technical and non-technical
Ability to complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time;
gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plan
Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations
