organising meetings, setting block times, and developing a system that would maximise the organisation of directors week, including reminders to keep on track in preparation of upcoming meeting and events.

Collation of year end super packs and other administrative communication for SMSF clients.Assisting team members, auditors and directors with general administration tasksDealing with incoming email in particular ATO correspondence for clientsCorporate compliance workFormatting reports and word documentsProducing documents, briefing papers, reports and power point presentationsWe’re looking for someone that has : Exceptional written and oral communication skillsGood organisational and time management skillsCan think on their feet and re-
