A Branch Generalist is an individual who has multiple responsibilities across multiple departments within the company. Smaller yards and branch offices which have a smaller client base thus a smaller volume of business, require one person to handle multiple tasks as a Branch generalist.
His / her functions provide support to all departments
Processing Project Base Payroll
Processing of Debit Memos
Monitoring the Security of the Branch Facility / Admin
Issuing Funds from the Revolving Fund
Replenishing the Revolving Fund
Reconciliation of accounts
Disposal of Scrap
Graduate of Any Business related course. Preferably with a strong Accounting Background.
With at least 2-3 years experience in Admin, accounting or clerical work.
With above-average written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable and proficient with technology.
Willing to be rotated.
Organize, Flexible and can work in a team
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
