The primary person purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality administration support to the consulting team. This position uses systems and processes to support the efficient tracking and preparation of workshop activities and materials.
Additionally, this person will support sales activities through a presentation of professional materials. The Technical Support Analyst will be closely working with the Operations VP and Project Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Create Analytics reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Create Team and Organization Charts using custom Link-up software
Populate PowerPoint slides using Link-up templates
Create Name Cards and Badges using Link-up templates
Create Organizational charts using custom Link-up software
Prepare activity stocktakes using Excel
Assign and maintain client tags within I.D. Community database
Create and manage other excel reports
1-2 years of professional experience in a challenging office environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and confidence picking up new software applications
Experience using Salesforce.com or alternative CRM beneficial
Experience working with a virtual team
Preferred but not required : Experience with JIRA and front-end application testing (no coding knowledge required)
