Job Description :

Design, build, and grow digital financial products that people use, enjoy, and trust

Translate user needs, data, and business goals into a prioritized product backlog

Collaborate with cross-functional local / regional teams to define clear and comprehensive feature requests

Manage delivery of product and features across design, development, UAT, live release, and growth

Support continuous product development by ensuring quality, documentation, and readiness

Conduct regular UX reviews, performance monitoring, competitive scans, and customer listening to determine improvements and opportunities

Requirements :

With 2+ years of experience in product management, UX design, user research, strategy, consulting, or related fields

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and digital products

Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in finance, digital financial services, and credit products is a plus
