As a CSR, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and providing assistance to the customers over the phone.

  • Highschool or Senior High School graduate required Minimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required
  • Previous work experience in the health care industry or work experience with senior living / care desired
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (C1 Level)
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, composure, and pleasant tone
  • Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies
  • Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills. Highly effective organizational skills. Proficiency in systems navigation
