As a CSR, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries and providing assistance to the customers over the phone.

Highschool or Senior High School graduate required Minimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required

Previous work experience in the health care industry or work experience with senior living / care desired

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (C1 Level)

Ability to demonstrate empathy, composure, and pleasant tone

Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies

Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue

Exceptional problem-solving skills. Highly effective organizational skills. Proficiency in systems navigation
