Job Summary Responsible for working with Operations and Client Services team to identify ways to solve business problems with technology solutions

Duties / Responsibilities Understands and foresee client / customer / agent pain points and create solutions

Responsible fort mapping processes, identify gaps, propose solutions that lead to digital transformation

Liaison with various teams that implement the solutions and effect outcomes

Serves as Client Success Manager for all Technology Solutions that are deployed to garner full potential of all internal and 3rd party tools Qualifications : Has solid BPO background and understands operational dynamics and technologies

Prior Solutions Consultant role in a tech firm is desirable

Good to have digital transformational projects across industries, with BPO service Optimization focus

Business Acumen - innovative and outside the box thinker

Able to handle and manage multiple projects / assignments simultaneously

Technology savvy - has to be a quick learner

Good knowledge on current market trends, disruptions and developments in the technology space

Must be an excellent communicator, both written and oral

Since this is a transformational role, the position would need flexibility on varying shifts as the opportunity arise

Ready to travel between sites in Philippines
