College graduate preferably in Psychology, Accountancy or any related courses.
With at least three(3) years work related experience.

Familiar in processing all government mandatory benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Handles processing of employee benefits both statutory and non-statutory benefits, implement policies and procedures on benefit applications and claims, and prepare mandatory requirements.
Regularly updates and encodes employee's data / master file in timekeeping and payroll systems including on-time enrollment of new employee / worker in Biometrics.
Monitors monthly posting of contribution and loan remittances of all companies. Monitors employees with delinquent payments and on-time reporting to payroll for necessary updates and changes.
Verifies / validates timekeeping data and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Assists in all HR activities, programs and / or events.
