Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably in Psychology, Accountancy or any related courses.
  • With at least three(3) years work related experience.
  • Keen in details.
  • Familiar in processing all government mandatory benefits.
  • Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Handles processing of employee benefits both statutory and non-statutory benefits, implement policies and procedures on benefit applications and claims, and prepare mandatory requirements.
  • Regularly updates and encodes employee's data / master file in timekeeping and payroll systems including on-time enrollment of new employee / worker in Biometrics.
  • Monitors monthly posting of contribution and loan remittances of all companies. Monitors employees with delinquent payments and on-time reporting to payroll for necessary updates and changes.
  • Verifies / validates timekeeping data and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Assists in all HR activities, programs and / or events.
