Your team responsibilities
This role will be responsible for executing reviews of MSCI’s agreements with clients. This represents a critical control activity within our sales process and includes the audit of legal paperwork against their respective opportunities in SalesForce, to ensure details are aligned and revenue can be recognized properly.

Your key responsibilities
Contract Review :
Spot-checks any discrepancies in the agreements between Salespersons and external clients.
Communicates these errors to the necessary point persons to have details corrected.
Keeps problematic deals on-hold and escalates when necessary.
Books deals and modifications that have successfully passed the audit.
Pre-review agreements before sending to clients through eSign.
Process Enhancement :
Continues editing and authoring the team's process document to reflect the evolution of processes in support of the Firm’s growth.
Promotes new ideas to streamline the process, while maintaining adequate quality control.
Core Competencies :
Ability to apply strong attention to detail
Salesforce prior experience or other CRM application
Deals with routine queries in accordance with procedures.
Liaise and seeks approvals from relevant cross-functional teams.
Client Orientation :
Adjusts approach and method of communication to serve different internal clients.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Good speaking and writing skills in English
Finance background, preferably with prior experience of the finance industry in a similar role
Investigative and creative approach to problem solving and high attention to detail
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, with initiative and to demonstrate ownership for tasks with a proactive personality
Excellent Excel skills a plus
Desired Experience :
At least 4 years professional working experience
University or College degree degree in Accounting or experience is a plus
Experience in a similar role and experience in Salesforce.com, SAP and Revenue Systems is a plus
Experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint or similar software a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and confident
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
