Department Overview

The Human Resources and Learning team within the Shared Services department addresses the various needs of the organization by efficiently and effectively delivering HR services, nurturing diverse talent for the company's long-term success.

About the Role

Will deliver standard training material for a defined number of courses with one or more components (e.g., new-hire, refresher, process, product or systems, customer experience skills) to a consistent audience through directive teaching methods to help individual contributors and managers develop crucial job skills.

Uses expanding knowledge of general learning and development (L&D) programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various solutions.

Provides one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills. Supports peers and assists with project management.

May recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance L&D programs, resources, and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Facilitate functional related training to line of business. Including : Programs, skill based / process and customer service training to create a standard knowledge base for business line team members and external customer training.
  • Leading new hire business line transition teams by delivering ad-hoc training, facilitating functional / refresher and new hire business line training, delivering release information, and updating training modules for systems enhancements / changes.

    May assist with developing training modules and materials, to be flexible with schedule for training different shifts. May provide follow-up consultation with team members once training is completed.

    May also require travel and off-site training facilitation.Tier two case analysis and need to develop refresher training specific for all four locations (Phil and US)Monitor CSRs calls, customize coaching, and provide recommendations to leadership

  • May need to be flexible with working schedule to accommodate training timeline
  • May need to develop curriculum and tier 2 analysis.
  • May encounter a mix of learners that require a strong leader and ability to provide direct feedback.

  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Market Skills and Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • High verbal, written, and comprehension English language proficiency as well as facilitation in front of a small group.
  • Prior experience with training / adult learning and facilitation is necessary.

  • Virtual Training experience is preferred.
  • Training Needs Analysis is a must for the role.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Taguig (Mckinley Hill, Mckinely West and Uptown BGC)
