JobResponsibilities :

  • Handleshigh critical , high- value commodities suchas :
  • Direct OCM, PCBA, Wire Harnesses, RFID, Switch Control, Plastics,Motors, valves, castings, faucets, servers, heaters / heatingelements, Sensors

  • Performssupply / demand review and analysis, PO placement,follow-up / expedites deliveries, InventoryControl
  • Coordinate with internal departmentrelated to price matching, invoice aging, receiving , IQC andwarehouse.
  • Manage and continuously review thePurchase Order System (MRP), to ensure it is accurate, up to dateand consistently meets the requirements of thebusiness;
  • Purchase materials in line withinventory targets and turns
  • Timely andeffective communication of forecasts and purchase orders toqualified suppliers based on BE PURguidelines.
  • Continually review the overall value offered by existing suppliers and ensure that the Company’spurchasing remains globally competitive.
  • Assistwith regular re-negotiations of terms of business / serviceagreements and performance evaluation with suppliers, takingcorrective action as required.
  • Check andauthorize designated invoices for stock, packaging and carriageitems.
  • Studies market prices and trends,engineering developments, and manufacturing method improvementsapplicable to assigned responsibilities;
  • advises company activitieswith concurrence of a senior supervisor and / or the supply chainmanager

  • Coordinates the planning of recentschedules and inventory control parameters for the assignedproducts and services.
  • Coordinates asappropriate quality matters and engineering changes / developmentsbetween company activities andsuppliers.
  • Management of Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) such as Supplier quality performance, Supplier Ontime delivery, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns andetc;
  • Management of Bill of Materials cost andcontinuously drive for cost improvements
  • Anyother reasonable duties which may be required by management fromtime to time.
  • Ability to work under pressureand to tight schedules;
  • Strong organizationaland administrationskills
  • JobRequirements :

  • Abilityto work under pressure and to tightschedules;
  • Strong organizational andadministration skills
  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Basic MS Office Skills (Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
