Description

Oversees the daily sales management and implementation of strategies of both sales channels (Branch Loans, Direct Sales and Salary Loans)

  • Recommends and executes tactical strategies to ensure consistent performance across teams
  • Maximizes and coordinates sales opportunities with crossfunctional teams and analyses performance shortfall vs. defined KPIs / SOPs of the Team
  • Implements action plan to address shortfall and / or achieve stretch goals
  • Proactively creates coaching and motivational activities across the team; conducts regular huddles and performance review
  • Effectively communicates key strategies to deliver targets and other team deliverables
  • Creates and strengthens partnerships to drive KRIs and SOPs of all channels

  • Expand network of SL accredited companies from Top 2K companies and leverage on ICG relationships for new acquisition.
  • Monitors and implements sales activities to penetrate existing SL accredited companies
  • Coordinates with respective Branch Partners for loans client referrals
  • Maximizes opportunities with branch walkin clients via effective lobby management and deployment
  • Closely works with CPP partners for relevant marketing programs, sales strategies and / or process enhancement
  • Coordinates with Sales Engagement Team for periodic sales tactical, values formation and sales culture enhancement
  • Ensures adherence to Compliance and Control of all Leaders and Team members

  • Communicates Compliance and Control Policies across teams
  • Timely and full compliance on any audit related reviews and requirements
  • Prompt resolution of Fraud Management or Business Control related issues
  • Schedules Team Sweep regularly to safeguard customer information
  • Takes proactive steps to protect the franchise against fraud and or inappropriate sales practices
  • Initiates and coordinates Employee and Team engagement activities

  • Leads weekly team meeting and updates with CPP partners
  • Conducts weekly and regular visit across team locations
  • Spearheads team huddles and general assemblies for monthly sales recognition and channel announcement / reminders
  • Ensures effective communication and resolution of VOE concerns
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge / Experience / Technical Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct management responsibilities over a team of sales staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards
  • Personal Skills :

  • Superior sales management skills
  • Strong people management skills, coaching skills, and problem solving skills
  • Strong team building, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
