Job Purpose :

  • Provide leadership to the brokerage network with strong focus on sales and people management
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide sales leadership to Sales Heads, RMs / ROs, and Service RMs / Officers to exceed financial plan numbers and net promoter score targets
  • Ensure that the group operates in a manner that deliver superior Citigold and Citi Priority client experience
  • Develop, motivate, and empower team members to fully realize their potential and to maximize sales opportunities for the brokerage business
  • Responsible for business development of the affluent to create new investment and banking opportunities
  • Establish and develop strong partnerships with the bank and other businesses units to develop new client relationships
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge / Experience / Technical Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of direct management responsibilities over a team of sales staff
  • Good in-depth knowledge of financial products and services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards
  • Hands-on knowledge of branch and AML functions

  • Strong people management skills, coaching skills, and problem solving skills
  • Strong team building, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
