Job Description We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Administrative Unit has a vacant Administrative Officer II position SG 11 under a Memorandum of Agreement with monthly compensation rate of Php18,549.

00 .Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : None Required

Additional Requirements / Competencies :

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or BS Architecture, corresponding professional license an advantage
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in construction and building maintenance, specifically cost estimate of materials and supervision of construction / maintenance works
  • With good coordination, communication and report writing skills
  • With positive work attitude and can work well under pressure
  • Stewardship of Resources
  • Has commitment to Social Protection and Development
  • Flexible and with initiative
  • Computer Literate
  • Can deliver excellent results
  • Primary Functions :

    vConduct site visit for request of construction, repair and renovation of buildings and cottages.

    vPrepare detailed cost estimate and drawing for repairs and renovations.

    vSupervise and monitor projects.

    vPrepare quarterly reports for status of constructions, repairs and renovations.

    vMonitor payments of utilities.

    vPrepares and draft communications pertaining to construction, repair and renovation.

    vPerforms other related tasks as maybe assigned.
