Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for the production, definition and delivery of Managed Service performance reports (daily / weekly / monthly) both internally and externally.
Ensuring that reports are completed accurately.
Checking completed reports and approving them for distribution or escalating if there are any issues.
Distributing all reports to relevant recipients on time.
Liaising with Clients regarding all changes / updates to reports.
Producing ad hoc reports required by Clients.
Updating and maintaining necessary documents.
Skills / Attributes Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a data analysis role (preferably with the experience of data analysis / reporting in an IT / Telecommunication / Call Centre environment).
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced level of knowledge / expertise in Excel (especially calculation and analysis related skills and knows other data analysis tools).
Intermediate level of knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good personal organizational skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines.
Managing multiple deadlines and multiples task
Ability to take ownership and drive deadline and comfortable following up with people to ensure deadlines are not missed
