Coordinates and monitors small and low-risk billable projects from initiation through delivery.
Ensures that billable projects remain on schedule, within scope and budget.
Ensures projects are executed and completed according to the project plan.
Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.
Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
Prepares reports on project progress and problems.
Ensures the project team is executing the Deltek Implementation Methodology.
Focuses on operational excellence, execution, and prioritizes projects and tasks effectively.
Enters orders for all resource requests and works with the Resource Manager to allocate to most appropriate resource.
Resources personnel to engage specific resources
Follows Deltek processes and uses Deltek Tools as required
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Serves as liaison between the company and client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
Able to develop basic project plan for management review and approval.
Keeps appropriate people informed of project progress and financial status on a periodic basis.
Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and escalates issues to management attention.
Responsible for monthly status reports including actual vs budget reporting and analysis.
Makes special effort to respond to co-workers and clients in a timely and helpful manner.
B.A. / B.S. in Business, Computer Science or in a related field
Project Coordination experience minimum of 18 months
General Industry experience between 2-5 years
Certified Associate Project Mgr Certification Preferred
Candidate must be willing to work on night shift as the work will cover EMEA, APAC and US Clients
Basic knowledge of project financial analysis (actual to budget as well as forecast to actual).
Basic ability to manage multiple small and low-risk projects
Good time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
Able to resolve problems in a timely manner and can identify when an issue needs to be escalated.

Basic knowledge and understanding of business, technological and competitive trends.
General understanding of technical, cost, risk and business implications of potential decisions on other projects and client needs and incorporates these into recommendations.
