Ubiquity is looking for a Training Manager who will handle the training team in our BGC, Taguig and Eastwood sites. This person will help in achieving 100% of training goals, including but not limited to Leadership Development training, manage day-to-day operations and deliverables, and improve the key success metrics associated with training goals.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Training Managers manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Learning and Development department.
Develop and lead the team
Utilize systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Learning and Development department
Oversee all aspects of the delivery of training
Work daily to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line results
Work closely with business partners and clients to resolve all training related issues
Improve efficiency and accuracy of training process; create and implement process
Manage the staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client metrics
Accountable for training department attrition, including trainers, agents, and overall
Responsible for team engagement, leadership, performance management, coaching and
Adhere to the Company’s key performance objectives, indicators, metrics, and ratios
ensuring maximum team performance
Create and maintain a positive work environment
At least 3 to 5 years BPO Training experience
1 to 2 years Managerial experience in Training for a BPO Company
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong coaching and people management skills
Data analytical skills
Willing to work on any shift schedule especially graveyard
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and / or Eastwood
