Reports to : Directly reports to MS Manager / Head of Delivery

Work with : Sales Product Leads, Country Manager, Managed Service Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Technical Leads, Developers and other project team members

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set strategies for your assigned client, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest, design and implement projects to increase client ROI
  • Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Fiserv solutions according to client needs
  • Responsible for keeping client satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide proactive customer service, by working closely across teams to ensure client issues and needs are communicated and resolved effectively
  • Develops and grows the size of the Managed Services Team by working together with the client on opportunities to supplement client resources
  • Generate new business opportunities that Fiserv can assess and grow the coverage of the Managed Services Team
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects.
  • Identifies one or more solutions and facilitates amicable solutions with the internal teams and client / s

  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Ensure assigned initiatives have required governance structures and professional services best practices are established, maintained and followed.
  • Presents complex issues clearly, credibly and effectively by using a communication style appropriate to the situation and audience.
  • Instills commitment by promoting open dialogue

  • Effectively responds and determines appropriate approaches in light of changing or ambiguous situations
  • Effectively escalates, providing guidance on decisions and course of action required across organization boundaries
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of Fiserv’s deliverables.
  • Work closely with Management group to achieve financial and business objectives of this implementation project.
  • Fuel a passion within the team for designing and building innovative solutions that will improve the lives of millions, and will enable achievement of business goals for Fiserv ASPAC
  • Help sales grow the Managed Services business
  • Experience and Essential Knowledge / Skills

  • Proven work experience as Key account manager, or in client services or sales support
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with International Core Banking and / or Channels solutions would be preferred
  • Exceptional ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational thinking and execution in a dynamically evolving business environment
  • Strong focus on collaboration with diverse stakeholders, exercising influence and assertiveness to drive desired outcomes
  • Passionate client advocate with ability to identify and fulfill client needs
  • Skills in project management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience coupled with high degree of comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong desire to make a mark with highly experienced team of professionals world wide.
