Support HR Ops and employees on HR matters
Support HR Ops to Employees and follow up support as necessary
Liaises with HR Ops Sr to get input on complex cases in order to provide informed guidance
Learn about local legislation, policies and rules and work with other in HR Ops in Local HR to develop that knowledge
Support HR Ops to employees and line managers
Provide seamless end-to-end resolution of HR queries to employees.
Collaborate with and support global / local HR Business Partners and Consultants with change initiatives.
Support Local HR team on HR matters
Support to employees through analysis of data from Workday and other HR Systems
Responsible for delivering great employee experience through pro-actively addressing employee and line manager needs
Establish strong working relationship with colleagues in country and to ensure the team can effectively partner when situation require
Skills & Requirements :
Ideal candidate to have proven experience in effective supporting with a range of stakeholders / business partners
Candidate to have solid understanding of how HR adds value to the business, supporting employees with HR related matters, ideally experienced business facing roles in the past
Diagnostic and investigation skills
Advocacy and inquiry - able to ask quality questions
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Skills in having effective contracting conversations with the ability to manage expectations
Ability to recognize where a line manager or a employee may need high touch support
