WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS

  • Sorting / Checking / Sending of CAMC (Monthly dues), water, insurance, RPT and others that are being prepared by PMG Accounting monthly.
  • Collect and record all collection from monthly dues from unit owners.
  • Prepare daily cash collection to be submitted to PMG Accounting daily.
  • Answers all inquiries and billing related concerns.
  • Coordinates with PMG Accounting any noted billing / account discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and assist turnover of units.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Collection regarding the clearance of unit / s prior to turnover to the buyer.
  • Prepare all documents such as turnover kit and filling up of tenant information sheet for the owner.
  • Other work as required by PMG Accounting and Building Manager.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 year experience as Administrative Assistant in a Property Management firm or experience in billing and collection is a plus
  • Preferably with experience in general accounting, payables and receivables
  • Must be computer literate
  • Fast-learner, customer-oriented, able to do multi-tasking, can work in fast-paced environment and under minimum supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Sta.
  • Rosa, Laguna or Manila
