The Digital Marketing Specialist manages all paid search campaigns on Google or any paid advertising platform as needed but not limited to display, search marketing engines, and social media advertising.

This position should have working knowledge with SEO and how it works in synergy with SEM. He / She will be uptrained in SEO concepts and tools and takes accountability with optimization efforts, in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and conversions.


Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations and analyze competitor advertising links.

Develop and implement link building strategy.

Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEM Rush)

Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM copywriting best practices.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and its ecosystem.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

With basic knowledge in Photoshop

Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention-to-detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with the team and independently

Work from home is in effect while community quarantine is ongoing.
