The Role
Develop or improve various types of content for the Work & Rewards practice, including blog articles, videos, infographics, sales / marketing materials, whitepapers, proposal content, case studies, newsletters
Actively collaborate with other creatives, project managers, and internal clients to :
and help determine efficient ways to complete deliverables.
Self-regulate adherence to project timelines and defined workflows, including standards and practices for communication, responsiveness, quality, and timeliness
Produce and deliver final materials in accordance to WTW editorial style and branding standards
Self-manage working files and folders for all ongoing projects and completed work according to company standards
The Requirements :
Knowledge & Experience
At least 2 continuous years of experience in business technical writing, corporate communications, or business copywriting / editing
Highly familiar with the creative process for developing business articles / blogs, reports, market or industry research, sales / marketing copy, internal communications, presentations
Familiarity with employee rewards in corporate environments, including salary / compensation, incentives, performance management
Comfortable with reading highly technical materials and able to analyze trends and insights in light of real-world scenarios
Fast learner and voracious reader with an interest in news and information about HR and business in general
Technical Skills
Strong command of the English language
Strong or advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Basic skills or familiarity with graphic / document design production and principles, including data visualization
Work Expectations
Strong ability to work within tight deadlines and to balance time and effort across multiple, simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and project team members
Very comfortable collaborating and work with various individuals from different cultures, time zones, and seniority levels
Provable strong abilities to self-manage and organize for work efficiency and effectiveness
Schedule
Willing to work in mid-shift (flexi with core hours of 3 PM to 12 AM), Monday to Friday
Able to work remotely, with own reliable internet connection and conducive space for work
