We are seeking Product Manager to join a dynamic and fast paced team. This position is responsible for achieving TransUnion Decision Services revenue in Philippines to drive incremental growth above and beyond current projections.
Serve as an in-market ambassador of the TransUnion Product Center of Excellence (Coe) by adopting and adapting TransUnion product and go-to-market strategies to better enable and connect sales, IT and delivery teams to drive product adoption and deliver long-term, happy customer experience.

Post Graduate education or Master degree is a plus.
Preferably with a Fintech background with a good understanding of digital technologies in consumer banking in the areas of Digital Products & Platforms, Customer Experience Design along with Tech / Data consulting.
Experience in digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Prior experience in Decision Engine technology / Orchestration Platforms such as Experian, PowerCurve, Provenir, FICO,etc.
Or experience with any automated risk decision and workflow management primarily in Credit Lending Decision process / flow (Acquisition / Portfolio Management and Collection process)

Deep understanding on data analytics and credit risk solutions are preferred.
Experience in Pre-Sales and Solutions Consulting dealing with external clients and partners.
Strategy, Business and Marketing knowledge to enable Go-to-market strategy formulation
Experience in crafting User journeys and ensuring these journeys are fulfilled by the technical solution being proposed
Solid Communication, Presentation, and Storytelling skills according to the audience ranging from mid-level to senior management / C-suite
Sound industry knowledge with the ability to articulate the key differentiation between the various vendors and alternatives in KYC and decision technologies the market.
Impact You'll Make :
Achieve annual revenue plan. Through the sales force, increase pipeline, average deal size and win rate of opportunities.
Develop a comprehensive sales enablement training plan to increase awareness of our solutions and effectiveness of sales.
Support and drive sales to do value-based selling by providing additional sales tools, assisting with account planning and participating in sales conversations as SME.
Develop long-term plan that exceeds current revenue projections. Work with CoE to evolve and adapt overall product line strategy rooted in market trends and customer needs;
capture and feed product ideas to CoE and work together to develop business case to support growth aspirations. Set aspirational revenue goals and work with sales / IT to develop plans to achieve that goal
Increase mindshare and overall perception of TransUnion with clients as a consultative risk solutions provider. Serve as an active member and SME on sales calls and engagements.
Configure or design custom / canned demos based on specific CBis to articulate the value of our solutions to our clients.
Pursue establishment of advisory boards (or similar) to get closer to customers and further engage them in ideation and product development / validation.
Spearhead and participate in industry events such as webinars as a resource speaker and panelist, publish articles / thought leadership, etc.
Deliver monthly forecasting reports that are 97% accurate and the provide clarity and transparency across product, sales and IT to monitor product adoption and Go-to-market (GTM) execution.
Work closely with product, sales, solution consulting, marketing and delivery teams to execute the GTM strategy and ensure success of Decision Services solution (either rolled-out from CoE or local product), CV Link and Core Connect, and other solution outside of Core Bureau, Custom Analytics and Fraud / ID solutions.
Serve as local ambassador for CoE in market; act as a critical bridge between regional teams and CoE.
Accountable for driving the end-to-end Product Development Process which includes but not limited to collecting market intelligence, concept review, business case development, GTM strategy and planning, pricing, product development, sales enablement training, product launch activities and ongoing product evaluation and financial performance tracking.
The job entails heavy documentation across the product life-cycle.
Responsible for facilitating and maintaining relationships for both new and current vendors / partners on a regular basis.
This includes evaluating potential vendors / partners to find the best available vendors / partners for his product components, negotiating and reviewing contracts, defining the engagement model across customer, TU and vendor / partner, onboarding ( TPRM, Coupa, Trace Score, STAR, etc) and continuously monitoring vendor / partner risk even after the vendor / partner contract is executed ( monitoring performance levels and periodically requesting and analyzing current due diligence as may be required)
As a Product Manager, he is responsible in defining the relevant product roadmap and documenting the product requirements, working with Scrum Team to develop the timeline and prioritize work for each sprint, participating in stand-up calls and sprint demo to ensure that his product is being built as expected.
